WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH CAKELYFE SOIREES?

In the case of an emergency or an error in your cake/desserts delivery please contact me immediately so I can fix the issue right away.If your are unhappy with your cake/desserts for any reason, please call the day of your event so your items can be returned, without proof that you are indeed unhappy with my product and will not be using it for your event we will not be able to issue a refund if deemed eligibl

ARE THERE ANY BENEFITS FOR FIRST-TIME CUSTOMERS?

DO YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER REFERRAL PROGRAM?

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE AN ORDER

While we require that special orders be placed at least 4 days in advance, we highly recommend placing orders at least 3-4 weeks in advance as our schedule does book up.For weddings we recommend placing your orders at least 2-3 months advance of your wedding date. We do not guarantee availability until an order has been confirmed.

All desserts are available only through pre-order unless otherwise stated on product page.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL AN ORDER

Please be aware that we manage an extremely heavy production schedule and last minute cancellations cannot always be accommodated due to the amount of planning and work that goes into each order prior to even baking. Cancellations are permitted only when made at least 2 weeks prior to the event date . Refunds are offered in accordance with your signed agreement. RETAINERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE

DO YOU OFFER VEGAN & OR GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS?

We do! Vegan and gluten free options are available on a case by case basis. Our vegan and gluten-free cake flavors can be found under

HOW MUCH ARE CONSULTATIONS & TASTINGS? HOW LONG IS A TYPICAL TASTING? CAN I BRING MY FAMILY & BRIDAL PARTY?

We offer design consultations and tastings for orders over $400 to ensure that you receive exactly the cake you want. Consultations are $85 with payment due at the time of booking the appointment. Consultations include both a tasting and design session and are limited to 1 hour in length. You are welcome to bring guest, but we do recommend limiting it to 2 trusted guest as the consultation can be unfocused and less productive when several people are present.

Due to COVID-19 health crisis, we are only offering take away tasting boxes. These are made to order and available for pick up on Fridays and Saturdays before 4pm.

DO YOU DELIVER? IS THERE A DELIVERY & OR SET UP FEE?

Delivery is available and reasonably priced according to location. All wedding and multi-teir special event cakes delivery fees include setup. If you would like us to set up your dessert bar, there is an additional set up fee of $100 or 20% whichever is higher. This fee does include dessert signage.

Our Covid-19 friendly low cost delivery service is available on Saturdays between 9am - 1pm. 

DO YOU PROVIDE OR RENT CAKE TOPPERS, CAKE CUTTING UTENSILS & OR CAKE STANDS?

We have several beautiful cake stands and platters available for rent. We do not rent serving utensils or cake toppers.

WHAT FLAVORS & OR FILLINGS DO YOU OFFER?

IF I PROVIDE A PICTURE OF WHAT I LIKE CAN YOU RE-CREATE IT? DOES CUSTOM DESIGN COST EXTRA?

While we prefer ti create unique cakes, we are happy to using your image as inspiration adding our own artistic flair. All custom cakes are priced upon the complexity of the design and start at $400.00

HOW MUCH IS REQUIRED AS A DEPOSIT TO HOLD MY DATE?

While we do not require a deposit to secure your date, we do however require a $35 booking retainer to secure your event date. Full payment is due one week prior to the event date. Please refer to your signed contract to confirm when full payment is due.

DO YOU MAKE PARTY FAVORS?

Sure do! Custom sugar cookies and boxed macarons are a few client favorites. Email us about personal options.
